There will be a key lock box provided to you when picking up the rental. When returning leave the lock box on the passenger window with keys lock inside.
Yes, a deposit is required to rent a car from us. The deposit amount is 50% of the total price. To find out how much a deposit would be for your trip, click on start a booking.
Pets are allowed in rental vehicles. Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees.
Any additional driver (excluding a spouse or domestic partner) will pay a daily fee. Renter’s spouse or domestic partner who meet the same age and driver’s license requirements of the renter are authorized drivers at no additional charge. Any additional authorized drivers must appear at time of rental and meet age and driver’s license requirements.
An additional charge of $20.00 per day for each additional authorized driver will be added to the cost of the rental.

If you are in an accident, your safety is most important. Please call 911 or call the local authorities for assistance and file a police report. Then call us at 1-800-476-4057, which is available Monday – Friday 9-6pm, to report the incident after authorities have been engaged. They will file a damage report and set up tow services for the damaged vehicle if it is no longer drivable.
If your rental car breaks down due to a mechanical failure and it is not drivable, be sure to get to a safe place out of traffic. Then, call us for assistance at 1-800-476-4057 and they will help you with the towing process.
